Will Fritsch
Sonya Scott serves as Secretary for the NCSCA, leveraging her extensive administrative experience in competition management from her previous role with Cricket NSW. Her deep commitment to cricket is further demonstrated through her past voluntary service on numerous other cricket association and club committees.
Sonya’s steadfast dedication to the sport is matched by her mission to propel NCSCA to become the leading community cricket association in the region.

Alf Ellevsen
(Life Member, Umpire)
Alf Ellevsen brings a wealth of experience to the NCSCA,and is the current serving President of the C&S Umpires. Over the past 28 years Alf has officiated in over 650 senior and junior games, demonstrating his dedication and deep understanding of cricket.
His playing career spanned from 1979 to 1996 with Cardiff CC where he distinguished himself as a skilled wicketkeeper.
Alf's extensive involvement in various facets of cricket makes him a valuable asset to our committee.

Steve Rafter
(Umpires Association Delegate)
Steve began his umpiring journey in 2008 after a decade of competitive playing with the Windale Warriors. Over his 17-year umpiring career, he has officiated for NCSCA, NJCA Stage 3 Premier League and representative games, as well as the John Bull, Ron Arendts & Graham Malcolm Shield Tournaments, Phil Hughes Cup, and Dennis Broads T20. A standout moment in his career was umpiring the NJCA Stage 3 Premier League day/night match at #1 Sportsground.
In addition to his on-field duties, Steve serves as the NCSCUA Treasurer and Umpires Delegate to the NCSCA. Beyond cricket, he has been the manager of the Newcastle and Northern Region St John Ambulance for 11 years, showcasing his dedication to our local community.
